Gallagher's Eatery is the perfect place to have your next party, banquet or meeting. Our Kalamazoo Site has 3 separate dining rooms with seating capacities ranging from 16 to 50 people.

Kalamazoo Site

Three separate private dining rooms are available to accommodate your party or meeting needs.

• Coach's Corner: Our smallest room will seat groups up to 16 people.
• Press Box: Fully private, isolated room, will seat groups up to 30. 
• End Zone: Our largest room is perfect for groups ranging in size from 30 to 50 people.
• Patio**: Outdoor, under a large canopy, seats up to 40 people.
• Beer Garden**: Outdoor area, seats up to 75 people

Table layouts are somewhat limited depending upon the number of people in your group.

**Please know that we do not have an alternate area set aside for groups reserving these areas in the event of inclement weather.  We will do our best to make indoor accommodations for you, but we cannot guarantee that space will be available.

Paw Paw Site

The Paw Paw has a single private room for groups that will accommodate up to 45 people.

Menus

Groups under 20 people may order items off the regular menu on all nights except Friday and Saturday. It is recommended, however, that the menu be limited to 3 or 4 different items in order for the us to serve you efficiently within a reasonable amount of time. Groups over 20 people are required to choose a limited menu of 3 to 4 items from which group members may order. A personalized menu page with your selections will be created for your group. 

Item Selections:

All menu items may be used as one of your 4 items for your private party menu.  Please know that all items will be made the same way.  By that, we mean that if your first item selected is a Sirloin Steak, you will need to provide us with the temperature at which you want all of them prepared as well as the specific side items you will want served with that steak.  For example, all Sirloins are to be prepared Medium Well and served with mashed potatoes and vegetable of the day.  Your guests will not be given the option to change the side items nor will the be asked how they would like their steak prepared - it will be prepared Medium Well or whatever temperature was preselected at time of menu setup.

Our most popular party menu items are Sirloin Steak, Fresh Salmon and Baked Penne Pasta. We are happy to work with you to select the perfect menu for your next party.

If you have a special dish in mind that is not currently part of our regular menu, please let us know.  We are happy to accommodate your special menu requests.

Rooms Charges

While there is no separate charge for the use of a private dining room, we do, however, have minimum expenditure requirements for groups. These minimums are dependent upon the room selected and the day of the week. Please see the Dining Room Agreement Forms (DRA's) for Kalamazoo or Paw Paw for details. A room fee equal to the difference between the minimum expenditure requirement and actual amount spent will only be added if the minimum expenditure requirement is not reached.          Kalamazoo DRA Form           Paw Paw DRA Form

Groups wishing to use our rooms for private meetings are still bound to the minimum expenditure requirements of the Dining Room Agreement.
