This 1962 English double decker bus once ran on the streets of London and then southern Ireland. It has been painstakingly refurbished to capture the personality and look of its early life as a passenger bus but has been modernized with a state of the art heating and A/C, upgraded electrical system, reinforced frame and numerous other improvements.

The 60 passenger “Gallagher’s Express” bus is used to transport guests of Gallagher’s Eatery & Pub in Kalamazoo and Paw Paw and is also available for charter (we provide the driver). Gallagher’s offers routine transport to and from sport venues and other venues of community interest. Guests are encouraged to rent the Express for birthday or graduation parties, wedding party transport, neighborhood group transport, transportation for special events and whenever groups want unique transportation without the worry of drinking and driving.

Booking Process

Call Gallagher’s at 269-372-7177 and speak with a manager. The manager will obtain some basic information from you such as contact information, the date you have in mind for bus rental as well as the origination and destination sites for bus travel. This information will be forwarded to our Bus Coordinator who will then contact you to answer any questions and finalize the booking. An Agreement for Shuttle Service can be downloaded, faxed or mailed, or you may stop in at 4210 Stadium Drive in Kalamazoo or 715 S Kalamazoo St in Paw Paw to obtain one. A 50% deposit is required upon signing of the Agreement with the balance paid by credit card upon completion of the rental day(s). The deposit is completely refundable up to 14 days prior to the scheduled departure. If cancelled within 14 days of the scheduled departure the deposit will be forfeited. If cancelled within 5 days, the entire payment is forfeited.

Shuttle Fees
Charter Fees (by the hour +mileage fee)

1. 2 Hour Continuous Use (minimum rental) $449
Each additional quarter hour (over 2 hrs) $ 35
Continuous Use: Usage time begins upon agreed pick-up time and ends with actual drop-off time.
Same Day Split Service: Usage time for return trip based upon time of departure from Gallagher’s Kazoo & time of return to Gallagher’s Kalamazoo.

2. No mileage charge for first 15 miles. $2.00 per mile thereafter. Mileage total calculated from bus parking location at Gallagher’s Kazoo & back.

3. Parking fees/tolls: Renter responsible for payment.

4. Extra fees due at Drop-Off Location for extended time, decoration removal, damage repair, etc will be charged to credit card number on contract.

5. Driver included with all charters. You may not use your own driver.

6. Hostess available for $15 / Hour

7. Ask about bus charter fee discount when you also have a private party at Gallagher’s.
